Thursdays in 2008 will be filled with great food ideas including cooking demonstrations and healthy-living information, all through the series, CHEFS AT THE MARKET. Each session includes a walk through the market to examine and choose fresh, locally grown, in-season produce. It continues with a cooking demonstration, a chat with the chef, samples and a recipe card to take home.

On the 1st Thursday of every month, Providence Park Hospital will be on site to provide healthy tips on cooking, exercise and more.

The events are free of charge and are held from 8:30 - 9:30am on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.
