Dan Lorigan served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954 as an MP with the 701st Division stationed in Knox, Kentucky. He was a proud soldier and loved this country. Dan was an honorable man who flew the American flag over our home for our entire married life of 61 years.

Dan was a man of wisdom and courage and taught our five children love and respect for our country and of all men. He was a husband, father and grandfather to be proud of. He worked at Detroit News for 40 years and also owned his own business, S&D Janitorial for over 60 years. My American hero.
