DESCRIPTION:Join the Northville Chamber of Commerce in the annual State of the Community Luncheon which provides a great opportunity to network and learn more about the Northville community. The luncheon features locally elected leaders who present on the community and future plans which may impact businesses and the community. This year's luncheon features Mary Kay Gallagher\, Superintendent\, Northville Public Schools\, Mark Abbo\, Supervisor\, Northville Township\, and Brian Turnbull\, Mayor\, City of Northville.\n\n\n\nThank you\, Sponsors:\n\nConsumers Energy & VisTaTech Center \n\n\n\nConsider nominating someone for the 2022 "John Genitti Citizen of the Year Award"\n\nEach year\, the Northville Chamber of Commerce celebrates the dedication and commitment of community members that give their time\, energy\, and talent to make Northville a special place to live\, work and play. In 2014\, the Award was designated the "John Genitti Citizen of the Year Award"\, in honor of local resident and businessman John Genitti.\n\nThis year's selection will be awarded at the State of the Community Luncheon. The Citizen of the year receives a place of honor in the 2022 Independence Day Parade\, the Heritage Festival Parade\, and the Holiday Lighted Parade. Criteria for Nomination\, the nominee must::\n\n   Be involved in actively supporting (through time\, talent\, or financial support) an organization that improves our community.\n\n   Live or work in the Northville Community\n\n   Show concern for community\, environment\, and family.\n\n   Be a role model for community youth and citizens.\n\n\n\nPlease nominate a deserving individual for the Northville Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award online. A brief outline of the reasons they qualify for Citizen of the Year status will be required.\n\nNomination deadline: March 28\, 2022\n\n\n\nLuncheon Registration Deadline: April 4\, 2022\n\nPlease provide advance notice of any specific dietary requirements at time of registration.
