    Job Description

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Greeting and interacting with guests

    • Answering guest’s questions

    • Operating the Clover point-of-sale system

    • Processing admissions

    • Selling merchandise and concessions

    • Assisting with groups who have booked parties or group rentals

    • Maintaining the General Store; merchandising, inventory replenishment, cleaning (inside and out)

    • Supervising volunteers who assist in the General Store during events

    • Opening and closing main bathrooms

    • Cleaning and restocking of the vault toilet

    • General landscaping around the General Store; watering gardens, flower pots, pulling weeds

    • Managing any guest issues that arise and provide a positive resolution

    • Completing detailed incident reports when necessary

    • Be available to work all festivals/events

    • Attend team meetings

    • Maintain accurate time cards with appropriate coding

    • Provide an adequate notice for any shifts being missed due to illness and/or requested time off

    • All other duties as assigned
