    May 2026 Update

Northville is stepping into spring with strong community momentum and a calendar full of meaningful events!

On April 24th, local leaders, residents, and business owners gathered for the State of the Community Luncheon, which proved to be a resounding success. The event highlighted Northville’s continued growth, economic vitality, and shared vision for the future. Attendees heard updates on key initiatives, celebrated recent accomplishments, and reinforced the collaborative spirit that makes the community thrive. The Chamber is grateful for the over two hundred and sixty participants at the luncheon and for our keynote speakers. Township Supervisor, Mr. Mark Abbo, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. RJ Weber, and our Mayor, Mr. Brian Turnbull.

That spirit is also reflected in the Military Banner Program, which continues to honor and recognize local service members. These banners, displayed throughout the community, serve as a visible reminder of the dedication and sacrifice of Northville’s military families. The Banners will be on display around Northville through Memorial Day Weekend. The Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the American Legion Post 147 and VFW 4012, will be managing the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Looking ahead, residents can mark their calendars for two beloved seasonal traditions. The Farmers Market will celebrate its grand opening on May 7, offering fresh produce, artisan goods, food,  and a lively gathering space for neighbors and visitors alike. Later in the month, the Annual Downtown Northville Flower Sale returns on May 22, bringing vibrant blooms and the unofficial start of summer to the heart of downtown.

With events that celebrate both community pride and seasonal renewal, Northville continues to show why it’s such a special place to live, work, and connect.
