    Dear Chamber Members and Friends,
What a fantastic fall season we are having in Northville!
Thank you to everyone who made our Streets of Treats Event on October 24th in Downtown Northville such a huge success. We estimate over 8,000 people visited for early trick-or-treating, fun, and games. It was wonderful to see our downtown filled with families, costumes, and community spirit. A special thank you to our businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and the City for your continued support of this beloved tradition. Northville is truly becoming a Halloween town in October thanks to the collaborative events from DDA ( Skeletons are Alive), Northville Central Business Association (Witches Night Out), and the Northville Chamber of Commerce (Streets of Treats), as well as many other Halloween-themed events around the township.

Looking ahead, we are excited for the Hometown Holiday Festival on November 20-22. The Hometown Holiday Festival will fill Downtown Northville with holiday fun for the whole family, including two different holiday markets, festive attractions, Santa visits, family entertainment, photo opportunities, and more. Events and activities will be brought to you by the Northville Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Development Authority, Northville Parks & Recreation, and the Living & Learning Enrichment Center.
The Northville Chamber of Commerce invites you to experience the annual Holiday Greens Market in Downtown Northville on November 21 & 22! This festive outdoor market is the perfect place to find fresh holiday greenery, seasonal décor, and unique gifts for everyone on your list. Explore the offerings of more than 55 local vendors while enjoying the festive atmosphere of Downtown Northville.

In partnership with the Downtown Development Authority, the Northville Chamber of Commerce is excited to offer family-friendly activities, including live entertainment, free visits with Santa, horse-and-wagon rides, and live ice carvings. With warming stations located throughout the event, guests can stay cozy while enjoying delicious food truck offerings. Beyond the market, visitors are encouraged to explore Downtown Northville shops and restaurants to support the local business community.
Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are still available. Please contact the Chamber office if you would like to participate and showcase your business during one of our busiest weekends of the year.
November is also a time for gratitude and remembrance. November 11th is Veterans Day and November 26th is Thanksgiving. The Northville Chamber will be sponsoring the Military Banner Program once again. This program is a tribute to local families and individual veterans who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Our Military banners are displayed for two weeks every November, and again during May.
As the proud parent of an active duty service member, our family understands first-hand the sacrifice individuals and families of service men and women make. As a community and as a Chamber of Commerce, we are grateful to all of our Veteran, Blue Star, and Gold Star families in Northville, and to the individual veterans and active duty military who have served or are presently serving. Our Military Banner program is a small way of remembering and recognizing the sacrifices of these courageous men and women.
Thank you for your continued membership and commitment to making Northville such a special place to live, work, and visit. I look forward to seeing you downtown during the holidays.
    Warm regards,
Jim Cracraft, Executive Director, Northville Chamber of Commerce
