• Honoring Lloyd H. Green

  • Lloyd Green is the only soldier from Northville who died during WWI. He was a communications courier in Company C of the 120th Machine Gun Battalion part of the 32nd "Red Arrow" Division of the Allied Expeditionary Force. He died in battle in the Argonne Forest. He is buried in the veterans' section of Rural Hill Cemetery. Lloyd Harvey Green is the patron for the American Legion Post 147.
