Although my job title is "personal trainer and nutrition coach" my true mission is so much more than prescribing exercises or meal plans. I help people create a life where they feel capable of taking on any challenge without worrying that their energy levels or body weight will get in the way. They can run around with their kids without feeling pain, winded, or tired. They feel excited to book a beach vacation without wondering how they'll look or feel in a swimsuit. They look forward to having their picture taken. They feel like food is their friend, not their enemy. They recover from nagging pain that they've been dealing with for years, and can finally sleep through the night.
